Définition :
On dit que \(f\) a pour limite \(+\infty\) en \(x_0\) si $$\forall A\gt 0,\exists\delta\gt 0\text{ tq }\forall x\in I,\lvert x-x_0\rvert \lt \delta\Longrightarrow f(x)\gt A$$
Notation : \(\underset{x\to x_0}{\lim}f(x)=\infty\)
Définition :
On dit que \(f\) a pour limite \(-\infty\) en \(x_0\) si $$\forall A\gt 0,\exists\delta\gt 0\text{ tq }\forall x\in I,\lvert x-x_0\rvert \lt \delta\Longrightarrow f(x)\lt A$$
Notation : \(\underset{x\to x_0}{\lim}f(x)=-\infty\)

Définition :
Soit \(f:]a,b[\setminus\{x_0\}\to\Bbb R\)
On dit que \(f(x)\) tend vers \(+\infty\) quand \(x\) tend vers \(x_0\) si \(\forall A\in\Bbb R,\exists\delta\gt 0\) tq $$\begin{cases}0\lt \lvert x-x_0\rvert\lt \delta\\ x\in]a,b[\end{cases}\implies f(x)\gt A$$
On notera alors \(\underset{x\to x_0}\lim f(x)=+\infty\)
